Reflektion-Plus operates as a niche consultancy firm, with a focus on helping companies improve their governance related areas, such as audit and risk management. Performance improvement and, where possible, direct cost savings are the main objectives of most companies – and that is where Reflektion-Plus is able to help.
We believe in the power of partnership and, therefore, actively use our network of skilled professionals from a wide range of disciplines. We can draw on a number of independent consultants and specialist resources from reputable accountancy and business advisory firms. Our network stretches mainly across Ireland and the UK, but we selectively grow our network of business partners in mainland Europe.

By applying the collaborative model, we keep our own overhead low and can offer very competitive rates for our services. Clearly, the client deserves the best resources for their specific problem - at a reasonable cost. We are open to discussing our pricing with each client and, where appropriate, base our fees on the projected outcome in terms of performance improvement and / or quantifiable cost savings.
